Day trip to Dublin for #techmums Digital Hub graduation

I had such a wonderful day today. Getting up at 5.20am was a bit of a shock to the system but it was well worth it.

I flew to Dublin on the 7.50am Aer Lingus flight arriving around 9.20am. My first stop was the RTE radio station for a recorded chat with the RTE 1 Radio Business Show host Richard Curran.

We had a good chat about education, maths, technology, #techmums and a lot more. The show was recorded for broadcast on the Saturday Business show, not sure which Saturday yet, but soon hopefully πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Then Frans from the Digital Hub Dublin kindly picked me up and drove me over to meet up with our superstar #techmums trainer Sinead, excellent assistant Maura and our wonderful first cohort of #techmums at The Digital Hub.

We had a great chat about the #techmums program, I was delighted to hear that all our mums had really enjoyed themselves and learnt a lot too.

Graduation was fab with Caroline from Digital Hub, Ann O’Dea from Silicon Republic, Sinead and I giving shorts speeches. Sinead and I then presented the mums with their certificates.

Massive congratulations to all our new #techmums and welcome to the #techmums family πŸ˜€β€οΈπŸ˜€πŸŽ‰

I got the 5.30pm flight back to London and am now in a cab on the way home from the airport.

Other news just in is that all 1.5k copies of my book have arrived at the Unbound warehouse today, meaning that they will arrive with subscribers next week. Yippee!!

What a fabulous day!!!

Thanks very much to everyone at RTE and Digital Hub for looking after me so well.
